So haven't done any ZWOWs again this week, just been doing my normal classes. Only two this week both tramp classes due to a public holiday on Wednesday.
On Monday in 45.14 minutes I burned 301 calories and Thursday in 43.11 minutes I burned 293 calories.
Also just did a prone hold for 1 min 3 secs 5 milliseconds. I think a little longer than last time...yay! Getting there slowly.
It's kinda nice to have a break but feel like I'm slacking off a bit. Just have to get the motivation to do some more.
